Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

 

REFUND REQUEST

All course refunds must be requested 1 week after the date of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund for the courses, please email our Customer Service at info@reyadamgmt.com to obtain a Refund Request Form (RRF) number. After receiving an RRF number, send the Refund Request Form and Proof of Payment to accounts@reyadamgmt.com.

REFUNDS

After receiving your RRF number, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

Please Note

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of payment.
  • We DO NOT give cash for refunds.
  • A 3.25% Bank Processing Fee + AED1 will be charged for all refunds.
