Welcome to the Personal protective equipment (PPE) Course.
This course is aimed at providing essential education to protect the health and safety of employees where there may be a risk of injury or exposure to hazardous substances or conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) helps prevent the spread of germs in the hospital. This can protect people and health care workers from infections.
Upon completion of the module, the participants should be able to:
- Discuss and promote patient safety.
- Explain the safety of the healthcare work environment through improved use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by clinical staff.
